The subconscious mind is the part of your mind that is responsible for habits, patterns, and automatic responses. It’s also where our emotions and memories are stored, and it is responsible for making decisions based on past experiences and memories. It stores our beliefs, values, and attitudes as well as any positive or negative emotions we have towards ourselves and others which affect our health, career, relationships either positively or negatively.
